To confirm your reservation, a dockage deposit is required. Once your reservation request has been received, a Credit Card Authorization Form will be emailed to the email address provided with your request. The form must be completed and returned before your reservation can be confirmed.

If preferred, guests may contact our office at (340) 774-2255 ext. 2 to provide their credit card information by telephone.

Upon receipt of the completed Credit Card Authorization Form, the required deposit will be processed, and a receipt will be emailed to the email address provided with your reservation request.

Deposit Requirements

• Reservations of two (2) nights or more require a deposit equal to two (2) nights of dockage.
• Reservations of one (1) night require a deposit equal to one (1) night of dockage.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Once the Credit Card Authorization Form has been received and the required deposit has been successfully processed, a reservation confirmation will be emailed to you.
